We’ve created a mock up of your calendar using the term dates from your school website
NEXT STEPS: If you are happy with your mock up, let us know using the form below and we will set you up a school shop - like this one - and send you a personalised pack to help you promote and sell your calendars.
Don’t worry if you want to add or change dates later, we have a simple final approval process before we print all your orders.
We give your PTA £6 for every calendar you sell.

Want to Edit Your Calendar
Need to add events or tweak the dates? Just let us know via our changes & additions form. You can add things like school fairs, trips or longest day.
You can make changes right up until your last orders date.
Alternative Pricing, Design or Size Options
Want a different design, calendar size, or price? No problem — just email us and we can create a new mock up or show you different design options.
Order Deadline
We have only set two dates for September delivery as you will need some time at the beginning of term to promote your calendars. If you would like to sell 2026 calendars or would prefer to put this aside and run it next Summer instead - let us know and we will contact you later in the year.
For 2026 calendars there are two selling windows: Pre Christmas or January.
For 2026/27 academic year calendars you can sell in June/July or September.

Let us know – we can email you the pictures and text you need and invoice you directly at the time of printing. You can still make the same - £6+ per calendar.
