FAQs

Nothing! The project is completely free to the school. There are no upfront costs.
The calendars cost £15 each and families place their orders and pay online.
-
We can create your calendar and have you set up and selling in 48 hours.
We recommend a selling window of around 10 days.
Once your shop closes then it takes about 4 working days to deliver your calendars to school - and we also transfer any money you have made to your PTA.
-
We can set up a shop page for you so parents can order their calendars online via our secure checkout.
See an example of how a school shop page looks here.
We then send you the money you raise from the project direct to your PTA.
If you prefer and you have a payment system your school can collect payments independently. We will then invoice you for the cost of printing your orders - you’ll still get to keep the same revenue as you would if we host your shop.

There are four points of the year to choose from:
Nov/Dec - you can sell a traditional ‘annual’ calendar and we deliver these before the Christmas holidays.
Jan - you could choose to sell your annual calendar after the Christmas holidays and have it delivered at the beginning of term.
June/ July - you can sell an ‘academic year’ calendar starting in either August or September and have it delivered to school before the end of the summer term.
Sept - finally you could choose to sell your calendar during the summer holidays and at the very beginning of term. This is a great time to take run the project as you get new reception / or Year 7 parents, capitalise on the ‘back to school’ energy and make a great start to your fundraising year.
You can choose for your academic year calendar to start in September or October during this round of selling.
-
You set the deadline for when your order book closes when you send us your school information.
We print the calendars after that date and will deliver them direct to your school within 4-5 working days.
When they are delivered you will also receive a detailed breakdown of who ordered so it’s easy to get the calendars to the right families.
-
Yes! All you need is your term dates. You will also get a sticker pack with your calendar so you can add stickers which say ‘inset day’ or ‘sports day’ and these can be added by families/children once the dates are confirmed.
So you don’t have to have all your dates printed on the calendar if they aren’t confirmed yet. -
Yes, that is no problem. We just take a flat cost per calendar, depending on order-volume tier, and the rest is yours.
£15 is our suggested retail price but you are welcome to charge more or less for your calendars. To keep it simple our cost per calendar + stickers stays the same no matter what you charge.
Just let us know if you want to change the price when you send us your initial information on the ‘Get Started’ page.
-
No, there is no minimum order quantity.
However, you only earn money for your PTA if you get 11 orders or more.
If you have 1-10 orders we still print and fulfil your orders. So small schools can still offer their bespoke calendars that families find genuinely useful.
As a general rule - we find schools can easily generate orders which amount to 10% of their school cohort - and often schools get a lot more than that. So any school with 100 pupils or more easily has the potential to raise money from taking part in the project.
-
How much you make depends purely on the number of orders you generate.
Your PTA starts earning as soon as you hit 11 orders.
11 - 15 orders - £3 per calendar
16 - 20 orders - £4 per calendar
21 - 30 orders - £5 per calendar
31 - 50 orders - £6 per calendar
51+ orders - £6.50 per calendarWe give you the messages and images you will need to promote your calendars so that all your parents can easily find out about the project.
If you use your normal channels to make sure all parents know about your school calendar then your project will be profitable!
A final reminder message/whatsapp/email on the last day parents can order always drives a good chunk of sales!

Adding logos isn’t something we are offering at the moment.
Your school’s name is added to the calendar in keeping with the calendar’s style.
School logos vary pretty wildly in size, shape and colours and often it’s hard to access a high resolution graphic as well as being tricky to integrate it with the look and feel of the calendar. We feel the calendars look better with just the name of the school.
