How it works

1. We send you your tracked referral link.

2. You share it with another school — email, WhatsApp group, PTA chat, whatever's easiest.

3. If they sign up and complete a run of the Calendar Project before 30 September 2026, we bank-transfer £20 straight to your PTA. Complete a run - means running the project & earning funds for their school.

No cap. Refer as many schools as you like.

The short T&Cs

Offer runs until 30 September 2026.

- The referred school must sign up via your tracked link, or name your school in the "Who sent you?" field at sign-up.

- £20 is paid only once the referred school has completed a full run and earned funds for their PTA— meaning their calendar pack has been designed, printed and delivered and the school has generated a minimum of 10 orders.

- Payment is made by bank transfer to the referring school's PTA account. We'll email to collect details when the £20 is triggered.

- If two schools claim the same referral, the tracked link wins. Otherwise we go by the "Who sent you?" entry.

- The referred school must be new to the Calendar Project and not already in conversation with us.

- No cap on referrals per school. No cash alternative.

- We reserve the right to amend or close the offer with reasonable notice.

About the Referral Programme

Who can refer?

Any school who is currently running the Calendar Project with us or has run it previously. We'll send over your unique tracked link.

What counts as "completing a run"?

The calendar pack has been finalised, printed and delivered to the school and the school has earned funds - that means they must have generated 10 orders. That's the point at which the £20 is unlocked.

When will the £20 be paid?

Within 14 days of the referred school's run completing. We'll email your PTA to collect bank details.

Is there a deadline?

Yes — referred schools must sign up by 30 September 2026 for you to qualify.

What if a school I told doesn't use the link?

No problem. They can pop your school's name in the "Who sent you?" box at sign-up and we'll match it up.

Can I refer more than one school?

Yes — refer as many as you like. Each one that completes a run earns your PTA another £20.

What if two schools refer the same new school?

The tracked link used at sign-up takes priority. If no link was clicked, we'll go by the "Who sent you?" field.

Does the referred school get anything?

They get a design-led wall planner and sticker pack - and they sell the calendar to raise funds for their PTA. Their funding will not be affected. The £20 thank-you is from People’s Press to the referrer.
