Calendar Sign Off

It’s time to get the Hillside Calendar ready to go to print! We will send your orders to you after the final order cut off date of 7th September.

Your calendar proof can be viewed here - or you may have it downloaded from before.

Please double check the term dates, and any other dates you have on your calendar. When you are happy complete the form below to confirm final sign off before we send your order to print.

This form needs to be completed by 5th September in order for us to fulfil your orders by the deadline.
If you have any changes to the dates - complete this form and we will let you know when a new proof is uploaded to be signed off.

Hillside First School - Calendar Project Pack

Your pack includes everything you need to promote your calendars:

  • A selection of images showing your calendar and stickers

  • Pre-written sample messages for emails, WhatsApps, etc

  • A QR code you can add to any printed materials

  • A book-bag flyer you can print

  • Your Calendar Project time-line

Let us know of any changes or additions you would like to make to your calendar via this form. You can make changes up until just before your final order deadline.

We’ve created a mock up of your calendar using the term dates from your school website

NEXT STEPS: If you are happy with your mock up, let us know using the form below and we will set you up a school shop - like this one - and send you a personalised pack to help you promote and sell your calendars.
Don’t worry if you want to add or change dates later, we have a simple final approval process before we print all your orders. 

We give your PTA £6 for every calendar you sell.

Want to Edit Your Calendar

Need to add events or tweak the dates? Just let us know via our changes & additions form. You can add things like school fairs, trips or longest day.

You can make changes right up until your last orders date.
