Calendar Event / Date Changes Form
If you have dates to add or take away then please let us know via the form below.
Your calendar automatically includes regional bank holidays, bonfire night, world book day the longest and shortest days and when the clocks change - along with your school term dates.
If you want to add other dates please use the form below.
Calendar Sign Off
When you are happy with your proof please complete this form so we are ready to print your calendar on time and fulfil your orders.
Please double check the term dates, and any other dates you have on the latest version of your calendar which is available to view and download via the link above.
This form needs to be completed by Friday 26th June in order for us to fulfil your orders by the deadline.
